Stat of the art
Haamitex is a well Modernized knitted Garment manufacturing unit in Pakistan. We make all kinds of Knitted Garments. We have a well equipped ultramodern production unit with the capacity of 1500 Kgs/Day.
Total area is 2000 square feet having two cutting tables with auto lay machines,having eight cutters. We are equipped with an auto spreader, cutting table fabric. The company is planning to make an auto cutter as well.
With over 300 stitching machines, manned with the most skilled and expert operators, Haamitex is capable of producing about 32500 dozens per month garments ranging from basic to high fashion 7,000 Pcs/Day.
At the end of each stitching line, we have an offline checking point where garments are checked For makeup and quantity, from this garment are passed on to thread and checking dept.
Press is essential process to finish the garment, we have capacity around 300,000 Pcs /month.We have well equipped press
unit.
According to stitching lines all packing tables are planned. Each table has four people once the garments are in packs they are moved through the metal detector machine, after they packed in export carton.
